Read More Books: The Statistical Probability of Falling in Love

I'm not a fan of romantic comedies. I can't buy into the whole idea of happenstance and falling in love and girls being beautifully clumsy and men who always change for the better and everything working out just right in the end. I'm a total cynic. But, for some reason, I can excuse all this ridiculousness in YA books. I believe the ridiculous love stories and feel so happy at the end of these silly books (for example, anything by Stephanie Perkins (omfg I love her books!). After reading Jennifer E. Smith's The Statistical Probability of Falling in Love, I demanded my old friend Gina over at Fantasy Casting read it immediately. She did and we spent several Facebook threads discussing who we would cast in the main roles. (Hint: I want it to be Matthew Goode and Mandy Moore. Yes, I realize they're too old, but I want Matthew Goode to be in everything and I loved Chasing Liberty. So deal with it.) Go over and see what she has to say about it!

  1. I promise, I will have a real fantasy cast up for this soon. I've been a blogging slacker lately :\
