For some reason, I've seen three latex gloves on the ground at school today. One was in my classroom, and two were outside the English office.
I was walking to the English office, while having a conversation with two senior boys who had stopped by to turn in some work, when I saw the gloves on the ground. I made a comment about why there were so many gloves laying about today, and the following happened...
Me: I don't get this glove thing!
Kid: Ew, gross, a used condom!
Me: Uh, clearly you don't know what a condom looks like.
Me: Gotta go! Have a good day!
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is why I shouldn't talk to teenagers. Or maybe I should. I don't know.
